Role Description The Medical Receptionist will play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional experience for all patients. Daily responsibilities include appointment scheduling, managing phone inquiries, checking patients in and out, and maintaining organized and accurate office records. Knowledge of basic medical terminology is essential to perform effectively in this role. This is an on-site, full-time position located in Tyler, TX. Qualifications Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and Receptionist DutiesStrong Phone Etiquette and interpersonal communication skillsFamiliarity with Medical Terminology and protocols in a medical office settingPrior experience in a medical office or similar healthcare environment is strongly preferredOrganizational and multitasking skills with attention to detailAbility to maintain a friendly and professional demeanor with patients and staffHigh school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in medical administration is a plus
