Early Beginnings Chiropractic specializes in pediatric, fertility, and pregnancy care. Our mission is to provide chiropractic care, resources, and education to pregnant mothers and their families to facilitate healthy pregnancies, labor, and births—creating healthier lifestyles for generations to come. Based in Cedarburg, we serve families throughout Ozaukee County and surrounding communities.

Your Day-to-Day Impact
As our Lead Patient Care Advocate, you'll uphold our Standards of Excellence by:
Creating Exceptional Experiences - You'll greet every practice member by name, schedule appointments, guide patients to rooms, offer refreshments, and celebrate wellness milestones.
Leading Clinical Support - After certification, you'll perform patient examinations and shockwave therapy treatments, working directly with our doctors.
Communicating with Clarity - You'll explain processes, progress, and care plans in ways that build confidence and understanding.
Working as a Team Leader - You'll coordinate schedules, manage staff duties, and collaborate with our clinical team.
Maintaining a Healing Environment - You'll take ownership of our space to ensure it's clean, inviting, and full of positive energy.

Bonus Qualifications
Understanding of chiropractic principles or natural wellness
Experience with children, especially infants and toddlers
Background in customer service, healthcare, or education
Experience with marketing tools or social media management

25-35 Hours per week
Pay Range (DOE): $18-22 with potential for performance bonuses
