Based in Cedarburg, we serve families throughout Ozaukee County and surrounding communities. Your Day-to-Day Impact As our Lead Patient Care Advocate, you'll uphold our Standards of Excellence by: Creating Exceptional Experiences - You'll greet every practice member by name, schedule appointments, guide patients to rooms, offer refreshments, and celebrate wellness milestones. Leading Clinical Support - After certification, you'll perform patient examinations and shockwave therapy treatments, working directly with our doctors. Communicating with Clarity - You'll explain processes, progress, and care plans in ways that build confidence and understanding. Working as a Team Leader - You'll coordinate schedules, manage staff duties, and collaborate with our clinical team. Maintaining a Healing Environment - You'll take ownership of our space to ensure it's clean, inviting, and full of positive energy.
