Licensed Real Estate Assistant | Transaction Coordinator | Marketing SpecialistOur busy real estate team is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager/Marketing Specialist to join us full-time. This role is 30+ hours per week, Monday through Friday, 9:30 am-3:30 pm, with the potential for additional hours during peak times (flexibility available). Required Qualifications:Real Estate licensed experience, a minimum of 1 year (inactive license okay).Preferred Qualifications:Proven office experienceReal Estate transaction coordinating is a plusProficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent written communication skills with strong grammar and attention to detail.Experience in social media content creation and managementMarketing ExperienceProficiency in Canva (additional graphic design skills are a plus)Mailchimp Experience (not required but preferred) Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently & efficiently when neededStrong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a self-starter attitudeExcellent organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines Responsibilities:General office administration and personal assistant dutiesRecord keeping and document managementManaging business and personal social media accountsCreating and strategizing digital & print marketingEvent planning and coordinationWebsite and CRM managementAnd any other tasks that contribute to the overall success of the team.This is an in-office role with a shared workspace.
