Leak Detection & RepairsBonitz of Georgia is hiring an experienced Commercial Roofing Service Foreman to lead repair crews, locate and resolve roof leaks, and deliver high-quality service on commercial projects across the Southeast. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who knows roofing systems inside and out and takes pride in doing the job right.Bonitz of Georgia is a family-owned commercial construction company with a trusted reputation since 1956, specializing in commercial roofing installation, maintenance, and repairs throughout Georgia, Florida, and South Carolina.What You'll DoLocate roof leaks and perform commercial roof repairs safely and efficientlyConduct on-site roof inspections and surveys to assess conditions and define repair scopeLead and train service crew members, promoting safety and quality workmanshipUse manufacturer-approved repair methods across multiple roofing systemsMaintain professional relationships with customers, vendors, and subcontractorsOperate and care for company vehicles, tools, and equipmentComplete work orders, reports, and required documentation accurately and on timePerform preventative maintenance and other duties as neededWhat We're Looking For3+ years of experience in commercial roofing service and/or installationStrong working knowledge of roofing systems including:TPO, EPDM, PVCBuilt-Up Roofing (BUR) & Modified BitumenMetal, coatings, tile, and shinglesAbility to lift up to 100 lbs. and climb ladders up to 25+ feetTeam-oriented mindset with leadership capabilityValid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable transportationNormal vision and hearingWillingness to complete a pre-employment drug screening & physical examinationBonitz of Georgia is a drug-free workplacePay & Benefits$25-$30 per hour, based on experienceAnnual production bonus (performance-based)Per diem for overnight, out-of-town workMedical, dental, and vision insurance after 60 daysPaid time off - starts accruing immediately401(k) eligibility after 6 months
