Senior Technical TrainerTeaneck, NJ $85K–$100K + BenefitsThis is a high-impact role where you’ll build a global Technical Academy from scratch—designing and delivering training programs that enable Field Service Engineers to support complex hardware/software systems in real-world environments.What you’ll do:Build and lead a scalable technical training academy for field teamsDevelop training content (manuals, videos, certifications L1–L3)Deliver hands-on training (in-person & virtual)Create SOPs and standardise field operationsPartner with Engineering/Product to roll out new tech updatesTrack training effectiveness and drive continuous improvementWhat we’re looking for:5+ years in technical training/enablement (hardware + software environments)Experience building training programs or academies from the ground upStrong documentation, SOP, and instructional design skillsConfident delivering training and simplifying complex systemsComfortable in field/industrial environments with ~30% travelNice to have: Automotive or hardware installation experience, startup exposureStrong benefits, clear growth path, and the chance to build something from zero in a rapidly scaling environment.
