In this critical role, you will be responsible for shaping the user experience across complex, data-driven mortgage servicing products. You will translate business requirements into intuitive, scalable, and efficient user flows, patterns, and interactions. This role requires a hands-on approach, working closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to drive alignment, simplify complex processes, and deliver high-quality design solutions. You will lead by example through your design execution, mentor junior team members, and contribute to our enterprise design system to support a growing ecosystem.
