Accounting ClerkThe Accounting Clerk is responsible for the support of all accounting department personnel. This is a full-time, seasonal position beginning in May and ending in August or September, depending on the applicant's availability.Job Responsibilities:Answer phones and make callsOrganize and maintain filing systemsData-entry into various spreadsheetsAssist accountants as neededHelp manage inventory databaseRun daily errandsGeneral office dutiesOther duties as assigned by supervisorRequired Skills:Basic computer skillsUse of Excel, Outlook, and WordStrong communication skillsAttention to detail and strong organizational skillsTeamwork and customer service attitudeBasic math and alphabetizing skillsDriver's license requiredUse of fax machine, copier, and other office machineryJob Profile:Hours are generally 8-5, M-F. Expect occasional overtimeWork in an office settingEmployee may be asked to lift +20 pound boxesEmployee is supervised by Accounting Manager
