Job Title: Construction SuperintendentJob DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Construction Superintendent to oversee a significant renovation project transforming an old bank into a modern dental clinic. This role requires planning and organizing project work to ensure compliance with the contract, as well as creating and updating monthly project schedules.ResponsibilitiesPlan and organize project work to ensure compliance with contract terms.Create and update monthly project work schedules.Perform detailed reviews of designs, drawings, and contracts.Supervise contractor work to ensure timely and cost-effective project implementation.Coordinate and liaise with clients, subcontractors, consultants, property inspectors, and regulatory authorities.Conduct safety inspections to ensure adherence to required standards on-site.Assist in preparing operations and maintenance manuals along with project closeout documentation.Essential SkillsConstruction supervision experience.3-5 years of experience as a construction superintendent in a commercial setting.Experience in managing crews and sub-crews.Project management and carpentry skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in building dental or medical clinics is preferred but not required.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Ability to pass Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.Why Work Here?Enjoy competitive hourly rates with a per diem, access to a company vehicle for work-related purposes, and the opportunity to contribute to a significant renovation project.Work EnvironmentThe project involves a team of 6-10 laborers, focusing primarily on interior work.
