Senior Direct Response Product Manager Bloomington, MN - Primarily Onsite with Remote FlexibilityOur client is seeking a strategic, data-driven Senior Direct Response Product Manager to lead their direct-response product lines end-to-end, owning everything from annual planning through omnichannel campaign execution and ongoing performance optimization, in a primarily onsite role based at their Bloomington, MN headquarters with flexibility to work remotely as needed.To thrive, you should have: Proven experience in direct response marketing, catalog marketing, or product managementSolid expertise in e-commerce platforms, marketing automation, and digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, PPC/SEM, email platforms)Ability to convert customer insights and market data into compelling product and marketing strategiesComfort owning a P&L and presenting forecasts and performance updatesCollaborative leadership style with experience partnering across creative, sales, and external teamsYour duties as the Product Manager will include: Marketing Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute annual marketing plans and budgets across lead generation, promotions, PR, thought leadership, and paid/owned/earned media.P&L Ownership: Manage revenue and expenses to maximize profitability; forecast and report performance to stakeholders.Catalog & Digital Marketing: Lead catalog development and integrated email and social campaigns.E-commerce & Lead Generation: Optimize the e-commerce experience, drive evergreen lead generation, and continuously improve performance using analytics, paid media, and marketing automation.Product Development: Evaluate product performance, define market requirements, and shape the product roadmap.Customer Experience: Own the full customer journey from acquisition through retention.Analytics & Reporting: Deliver actionable insights and KPI-driven reporting that inform strategy and forecasting.Partnerships & Vendors: Manage external partners, vendors, and service providers across marketing and digital channels.Industry Engagement: Lead relationships with industry associations and develop member-focused solutions.Cross-Functional Leadership: Align marketing, creative, sales, and operations teams to execute shared goals.Best-in-Class Benefits and Culture:Our client values their employees’ time, talent, and contributions.
