Job DescriptionInsight Global is seeking a Data Scientist / Developer role for an incentives team. This role combines advanced analytics, incentive modeling, and hands-on backend development to standardize incentive structures. This person will support the build and maintenance of a new web-based incentive portal, including integrating data from multiple sources, transitioning Alteryx processes to scalable AWS-based automation, and developing backend services. As well as delivering dashboards, forecasts, and insights that drive sales channel decision-making in an agile, AI-first development environment.
