Treater Operator

Treater OperatorThe Treater Operator works closely with the Conditioning Supervisor, Conditioning Operator, and Plant Operations Manager to ensure all treated and treated/blended seed meets customer quality standards. This role is responsible for the safe, accurate, and efficient operation of seed treating and blending equipment while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.Responsibilities:Operate seed treating and blending equipment in accordance with safety guidelines and QMS work instructionsAccurately determine seed counts, mix chemicals, and set application rates to meet customer specificationsMonitor and verify treatment accuracy through calibrations, inspections, and quality checksMaintain seed quality, appearance, and product integrity throughout the treating processComplete required quality documentation and maintain accurate treatment inventory recordsClean, maintain, and assist with upkeep of treating, blending, and related equipmentWork collaboratively with supervisors and team members to support efficient plant operationsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentAbout Remington SeedsFounded in 1984, Remington Seeds is a leader in seed production and one of the world's largest third-party producers of corn, soybeans, wheat, sorghum, and sunflowers.
