They manage project work according to established priorities and deadlines, ensuring alignment with business objectives and partner commitments.This role works closely with Partner Services Managers, leadership, and internal partners to assess capacity, set priorities, and create and maintain a comprehensive project roadmap outlining all active and upcoming initiatives. The Partner Project Specialist ensures ongoing visibility into project scope, timelines, risks, and status across the organization.In addition, the Partner Project Analyst serves as operational and leadership backup, leveraging their expertise to support the team as needs arise. In this capacity, the role may assist with daily team assignments, help navigate escalations, and collaborate with internal and external partners to drive timely and effective resolutions.What You Will DoOperational & Leadership BackupServe as operational and leadership backup as needed to support continuity of workAssist with daily team assignments and workload coordination during leadership absencesHelp navigate escalations by gathering details, coordinating stakeholders, and driving resolutionSupport leadership decision-making by presenting options, impacts, and recommendationsProject Ownership & ExecutionOwn and support the execution of internal and external partner-focused projects from intake through completionManage project initiation, requirements analysis, planning, construction, and transition.Manage assigned projects according to established priorities, timelines, and business requirementsTrack project milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful outcomesDevelop project plans, timelines, and schedules, identifying resources and potential roadblocks. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
