Job Description Adecco Staffing is working with a distribution center in Raymond, NH to bring on a Maintenance Technician. This is a direct hire opportunity supporting equipment reliability and facility maintenance in a fast-paced distribution environment.Position: Maintenance TechnicianShift / Pay:Tuesday – Friday, 7:00 PM – 5:00 AM — $37.30 per hourSaturday – Monday, 5:00 PM – 5:00 AM — $39.85 per hourDuties / ResponsibilitiesPerform preventative maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment including conveyors, lift trucks, material handling systems, pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and dock equipmentTroubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues where root cause is not immediately apparentRead and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and electrical/mechanical schematicsComplete work orders, logs, and maintenance documentation accuratelyAssist other maintenance technicians with equipment repairs and installationsOperate material handling equipment and powered industrial equipment as requiredMaintain building systems, grounds, and facility infrastructureFollow all safety procedures and wear required PPESupport additional maintenance tasks throughout the facility as neededQualifications2+ years of experience in industrial or facilities maintenanceExperience working with electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systemsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAbility to read technical drawings and schematicsComfortable working independently on off-shiftsCoursework or certification in industrial maintenance, electrical, mechanical, automation, or mechatronics is a plusAssociate's degree or industry certifications (CRMT, MCET, etc.) preferred but not requiredPhysical Requirements / Work EnvironmentAbility to lift, push, and carry up to 50 lbsAbility to climb ladders, work at heights, and access equipment in elevated areasAbility to work in varying temperatures, noise levels, and industrial environmentsAbility to stand, walk, bend, twist, and use hand tools throughout the shiftIf you are interested in this position, please apply using the link provided and be sure to include an updated resume.Pay Details: $30.00 to $40.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
