Lead HVAC Installer Comp Card Required

We are currently seeking an experienced Lead HVAC Installer who takes pride in quality installs, leads by example, and wants to grow with a company that values craftsmanship over cutting corners. What You’ll Do Lead residential and light commercial HVAC installations from start to finish Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and mini-split systems Supervise, train, and mentor installers and apprentices Ensure all work meets local codes and company quality standards Perform system start-ups, testing, and ensure proper operation Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and project managers Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites and trucks What We’re Looking For 2+ years of experience as a Lead HVAC Installer (REQUIRED) Proven ability to lead crews and complete high-quality installations Minnesota Competent Person Card (Comp Card) REQUIRED EPA Certification (Universal preferred) Strong knowledge of residential and light commercial HVAC systems Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Ability to lift equipment and work in varying conditions Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and leadership mindset What We Offer Company vehicle & fuel card (take-home) Company phone & uniforms Competitive hourly pay + bonus opportunities Health, dental, vision, and HSA options Paid holidays & PTO 401(k) with company match Paid training and advancement opportunities Supportive, team-first culture Schedule Full-time Monday–Friday Occasional evenings/weekends during peak season If you’re a leader who takes pride in your work and wants to be part of a company that rewards quality and performance, apply today.
