Litigation - Insurance + Reinsurance (Miami or West Palm Beach)

Insurance + Reinsurance Litigation team is hiring a junior associate to work with our managed care team. Candidates should have 2-4 years of experience in complex commercial litigation and arbitration. Managed care experience is not required, but a demonstrated interest in insurance and/or health sciences is preferred. Candidates must be an active member of the Florida state bar and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Federal clerkship experience is preferred but not required. This role can sit in our West Palm Beach, Miami, or other offices if barred in Florida. Our managed care team helps insurers, health plans, PBMs, and other industry participants involved in the health care industry solve their complex challenges.
