The Senior Manager, NA Finance Operations & Controller will lead North America finance operations, reporting processes, and controllership activities while driving operational discipline, process improvement, and scalable finance capabilities across the organization.
This role partners closely with accounting, FP&A, operations, shared services, IT, and finance leadership teams to ensure accurate, timely, and reliable financial reporting and operational execution. The position will play a key role in strengthening finance processes, improving reporting effectiveness, enhancing operational visibility, and supporting finance transformation initiatives as the business continues to evolve.

Key Responsibilities
Lead North America finance operations, reporting processes, and controllership activities
Oversee monthly close coordination, reporting consistency, and operational finance execution
Ensure timely, accurate, and reliable financial reporting and data integrity
Improve reporting workflows, operational visibility, and finance process effectiveness
Partner cross-functionally with accounting, FP&A, operations, shared services, and leadership teams to drive execution and operational alignment
Lead continuous improvement initiatives across finance operations and reporting processes
Drive process standardization, documentation, and operational consistency
Support implementation of finance process enhancements and systems improvements
Contribute to finance transformation initiatives focused on scalability and efficiency
Drive accountability, issue resolution, and execution follow-through across finance activities
Optimize utilization of ERP systems, reporting tools, and operational finance processes
Lead reporting enhancement and process automation initiatives
Partner with finance and IT teams to improve reporting scalability, usability, and operational visibility
Strengthen reporting accuracy, data integrity, and process effectiveness
Lead, coach, and develop direct reports while fostering accountability and operational excellence
Build strong relationships across accounting, FP&A, operations, shared services, finance leadership, and IT
Promote a collaborative, solutions-oriented finance culture
Support the continued evolution of finance capabilities, processes, and organizational effectiveness
Expand leadership contribution and organizational impact over time as business needs evolve
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
CPA preferred
7-12+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience
2-3 years of public accounting experience with a Top 10 accounting firm preferred
Experience within manufacturing, consumer products, packaging, or other operationally intensive environments preferred
Strong experience leading financial reporting, close processes, operational finance activities, and process improvement initiatives
Experience operating effectively within fast-paced, growth-oriented, or complex organizations
Proven ability to partner cross-functionally across finance, operations, and leadership teams
ERP systems and financial reporting tool experience required
Advanced Excel skills required; BI/reporting tool experience preferred
