About the Role
We are seeking a skilledEpic Application Analyst Iwith a focus onTapestry Managed Care Administrationto support system build, optimization, and workflow design. This role serves as a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring smooth operations across claims and managed care processes.
What You’ll Do
Support, build, and maintain EpicTapestry Core Administrationapplications
Analyze workflows and optimize system functionality
Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate resolutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Claims, Utilization Management, Provider Network, Case Management, and Eligibility
Ensure alignment between business needs and system capabilities
Participate in system testing, validation, and enhancements
What We’re Looking For
✔ Strong understanding ofAP Claims operations(intake, review, payment)
✔ Familiarity witheligibility, authorizations, and internal claims workflows
✔ Knowledge ofmanaged care contracts and benefit structures
✔ Experience working within aManagement Services Organization (MSO)
✔ Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
✔ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degreeORequivalent experience (4+ years in lieu of degree)
Experience in Epic applications, preferablyTapestry Managed Care Administration
ActiveEpic certification (preferred)
0–3 years experience (Analyst I level)
