Job DescriptionSummaryA growing design-build construction firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a strong pipeline of ground-up, residential projects.This is an opportunity to join a modern, technology-driven builder that brings design, construction, and project management together under one team. The Project Manager will oversee multiple active projects, with a strong focus on subcontractor management, procurement, scheduling, cost control, and quality.This is a great fit for someone coming from luxury residential, custom home, spec home, or similar ground-up construction who enjoys a fast-moving environment and wants to be part of a company actively scaling its project portfolio.Key ResponsibilitiesManage multiple active residential projects and assigned trade scopesLead subcontractor bidding, buyout, scope development, and procurementCoordinate trade sequencing, manpower, inspections, materials, and lead timesDevelop and manage short-term look-ahead schedules to maintain project milestonesTrack budgets, commitments, cost-to-complete, variances, and change impactsWork closely with field leadership to identify and resolve schedule and construction issuesManage RFIs, submittals, subcontracts, drawings, and project documentation through ProcoreLead project coordination meetings and hold subcontractors accountable to commitmentsIdentify constructability, cost, and schedule risks early and develop solutionsSupport consistent quality standards while minimizing rework and schedule delaysRequirements5+ years of construction project management experienceStrong background in ground-up custom, luxury, or high-end residential construction preferredStrong subcontractor management, bidding, buyout, and procurement experienceStrong understanding of project budgets, cost control, and construction schedulingProcore or comparable construction management software experience requiredAbility to read and coordinate architectural and structural drawingsExperience working with BIM, Revit, AutoCAD, or model-based construction workflows preferredStrong Excel and scheduling software proficiencyBachelor’s degree preferredStrong communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsCompensation & BenefitsMedical, dental, and vision insurancePTO and holidays
