You’ll be part of a highly motivated team, working closely with technical and business stakeholders while directly shaping commercial strategy and the legal foundation for transformative AI products.Responsibilities:Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and licensing agreements.Partner with cross-functional teams to align commercial legal strategies with business objectives.Support compliance initiatives and risk management related to commercial matters.Contribute to a collaborative, high-impact team environment by taking ownership and proactively sharing expertise.Must-Have Skills:Juris Doctor (JD) and active bar admission in at least one U.S. state (CA or NY preferred).Must have experience at a top law firm with a commercial, technology transactions, or corporate background.5+ years of legal experience in a technology-focused environment.Proven in-house commercial counsel experience.Demonstrated initiative, drive, and strong work ethic in high-growth, fast-paced environments.Nice-to-Have Skills:Background in artificial intelligence or emerging technologies.Experience building or scaling legal and business processes in startups or rapidly growing companies.
