Job Duties and Responsibilities: Perform all sales and leasing activities to achieve the community’s occupancy and revenue goals. Greet and qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and present available apartment homes. Inspect community amenities and apartment units to ensure they are move-in ready; coordinate and follow up on outstanding maintenance or cleaning needs. Respond promptly and professionally to all incoming inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms; ensure timely follow-up with prospects and residents. Accurately record all customer interactions, activity, and leasing data into company-provided systems. Maintain a professional and welcoming environment in the leasing office and throughout the community. Physical Requirements: This position may require occasional walking up and down stairs during community tours and inspections. Minimum Qualifications / Expectations: Enjoys working with people and being a part of a dynamic team Clear and effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written; multilingual ability is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a good understanding of basic computer operations and internet programs. Schedule will require work on one weekend day and some holidays.
