Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift

2nd Shift SupervisorWe're supporting a growing, fast paced machine shop with identifying a 2nd Shift Supervisor. Ideal candidates will have three or more years experience in supervising machinists, quality, and administrative personnel. Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards, strong communication skills, scheduling, identifying and closing training gaps, conflict resolution, developing team leads, and managing a staff of 10-20+ employees is highly preferred. This supervisor role is focused on leading people as a priority, while managing a faced paced and growing production machining schedule.Position SummaryThe 2nd Shift Production Supervisor oversees all manufacturing operations during the second shift, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production output. This role provides direct leadership to production teams, coordinates workflow, resolves issues in real time, and ensures compliance with company standards, customer requirements, and safety regulations.
