C Shift Production Associate

Efficient operation of assembly equipment and other assembly tasks to safely produce and pack quality products to meet customer requirements. BACKGROUND REQUIRED:Ability to stand, walk, bend, and twist for up to 10 hours and lift up to 20 lbs.Must have excellent reading, writing, communication, and math skillsAbility to work OT as neededHigh school diploma / GED preferredSKILLS REQUIRED:Must be able to use and read various measuring devicesOperate HMI (Human Machine Interface) ScreenAbility to understand multiple types of assembly machine functionsProblem solving knowledge and ability.Exposure to lean manufacturing principlesAttention to detail/Quality frame of mindDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Adhere to company policies and procedures, including Safety, Quality, and EMSFollow standardized work instructionsFully participate in and support the Corvac Quality SystemObserve general and specific safety rules. This includes observing light curtain and other safety devices while the machine is in operationMaintain the cleanliness of the work area and contribute to the overall orderliness of the plantFill out all required paperwork including but not limited to production, scrap and downtimeRework and repair defective parts as neededResponsible for the quality of product produced and identifying any non-compliant component partsResponsible for assuring proper labeling is applied to finished goods containersAccountable for packing finished goodsAble to train others as neededOther duties and responsibilities as assignedThe following are some of the tools and/or products that may be required to perform the above-mentioned duties:Stndardized Work InsturctionsAssemble component partsRivet gunSafety Equipment/GlovesPage Brek
