We're innovative, and growing, and we need talented people to help!Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a sales manager, based in Willoughby Hills, OH. The sales manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and identifying sales opportunities. Additionally, the role involves training new clients on products, managing sales processes, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.QualificationsStrong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needsExperience in sales and sales management to drive revenue and manage the sales process efficientlyProven ability to meet or exceed targets and work collaboratively within a teamBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years successful experience selling frozen foods to food service customers.Skillset: You are a "closer" with expert-level communication, cold-calling, and negotiation skills.Mindset: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a "whatever it takes" attitude.Total Rewards & BenefitsWe believe in taking care of our family.
