Line Cook (Carino's)

Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesPrepare menu items according to Johnny Carino's recipes, plate presentations and specifications within cook time requirements Read food order slips or receive verbal instructions as to food required by Guest and prepare and cook food according to instructions Operate large-volume cooking equipment such as ovens, stoves, and dishwashers Complete all assigned prep work Practice sanitary and safe food handling at all timesSet up work stationComplete assigned daily and weekly cleaning projectsBe a core team member in a fast-paced kitchenQualifications And SkillsMust be at least eighteen (18) years of agePrevious Line Cook or cooking experience preferred Physical DemandsMust have the ability to lift pots, pans, etc., up to 50 pounds in weightAbility to place plates, utensils, pans and cases on high and low shelvesMobility required during the entire shiftMust be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for periods of up to eight (8) hours in lengthWe are an Equal Opportunity EmployerPI250056632
