Horicon, Wisconsin - Full Time Productive Resources (www.productiveresources.com) is seeking a candidate to be part of our engineering team at our customer's facility in Horicon, Wisconsin. As a member of our team, the selected candidate will plan, coordinate, and perform manufacturing engineering work for a project or process. Operate in a team environment within either the enterprise product delivery process or the enterprise order fulfillment process. At this level, projects are of moderate scope and responsibility or may be a significant portion of a major and diverse project or process; decisions are made within established guidelines and may be reviewed by supervisors and/or managers. May assign, coordinate and review portions of the work for support personnel, contractors and suppliers.This is a full-time position that is indefinite in duration with the opportunity of professional growth, and additional opportunities within our organization.DutiesLead and facilitate projects of moderate scope supporting material movement, storage and presentation.Train stakeholders on material flow processes and tools.Work closely with Operations, Manufacturing Engineering and Production Planning to support processes and analysis related to warehouse, transportation, and inter-factory logistics.Support the factory continuous improvement, 5S and visual factory initiatives.RequirementsOutstanding interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.Process-oriented with initiative in problem solving, identifying solutions, and sustaining results.Experience working in a manufacturing environment.Industrial Engineering background.Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.Knowledge of SAP and AutoCAD.Knowledge of Power BI, Python and other related data management software.Preferred SkillsIE background, warehouse material flow experience.Data analytics- Python/robotic automation Experience. Bachelor's in mechanical engineering or similar engineering field preferred.
