Job Description
Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Management Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, handle various tasks, and contribute to the efficient operation of our Project Management Team.Responsibilities:-Provides administrative support to Project managers and staff- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, transcribing notes, and data entry- Assist project staff by preparing and /or typing memorandum, correspondence, and other technical document using different in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner- Utilize office software applications Requirements:-Knowledge of DOT requirements and reporting is PREFERRED.- Experience in Construction is a MUST. - Proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role- Proficiency in office management software- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Upbeat and professional attitudeThis position requires a professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
