We take pride in showcasing the "CP difference" in every aspect of our work.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Precast Concrete Production Laborer, located in Cincinnati, OH. The role involves preparing, assembling, and maintaining concrete formwork, operating heavy equipment as needed, assisting in pouring and finishing concrete products, and ensuring high standards of safety and quality are met throughout the production process. This is a hands-on role and requires an ability to work in a physically demanding environment.ResponsibilitiesDaily set up, preparation and cleaning of concrete mixer equipmentExperience in working with formwork, including assembling and maintaining forms for concrete pouring and shapingFamiliarity with operating heavy equipment and performing tasks in a construction or production settingCarpentry skills for building and repairing forms and structures as required during productionAttention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality workAbility to work in a physically demanding environment, including lifting heavy materials and working outdoorsAbility to communicate effectively with customers and team membersPrior Forklift and Skid Steer experience preferred but not requiredPrevious experience in concrete or construction work is beneficial but not requiredQualificationsAbility to pass a pre-employment drug screening.Ability to be on your feet for 8-10 hours a day.Ability to lift/carry 50 lbs. and team lift 150 lbs.Positive attitude, detail oriented, and willingness to learn.Schedule RequirementsMon.-Fri. between the hours of 7am-4pm.Occasional weekend work may be required.Compensation$18/hour + based on experience.PTO/Vacation/Holiday pay.Health and Dental Insurance eligibility after 30 days.Employment Type: Full-time.
