Launch the Markets.TORQ Coatings is scaling fast and we’re looking for an Installation Manager / Trainer who can build, train, and lead elite installation crews.This is not just a local role.You’ll play a key part in launching new markets, training new teams, and ensuring every location operates at TORQ standards from day one.If you take pride in your work, love coaching others, and want to help build something bigger, this is for you.The OpportunityYou’ll be responsible for training new crews, improving existing teams, and setting the install standard across all markets.This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll be in the field, in the shop, and traveling to support new market launches.As we expand, this role can grow into a Regional or National Training Leader.What You’ll OwnCrew Training & Development* Train new installers on the full TORQ system* Teach proper prep, repair, basecoat, flake, and topcoat application* Build repeatable training systems and onboarding programsInstall Quality Control* Ensure all jobs meet TORQ standards* Perform job site inspections and final walkthroughs* Identify and correct issues before they become callbacksProduction Oversight* Support daily install operations and scheduling* Ensure crews are hitting production targets* Troubleshoot issues in the fieldNew Market Launch Support* Travel to new locations to train and ramp crews* Help establish install processes from day one* Set expectations for quality, speed, and executionProcess & System Building* Standardize materials usage and install methods* Work with leadership to improve efficiency and scalabilityCustomer Experience* Protect the TORQ brand on every job* Ensure a clean, professional, high-quality install experienceWhat Success Looks Like* Crews consistently delivering high-quality installs across all markets* Minimal callbacks and rework* Strong, trained teams that can operate independently* Smooth and successful new market launches* Clear training systems that can scale with the companyRequirements* 3+ years of experience in concrete coatings / floor coatings* Strong knowledge of prep, crack repair, polyurea, and polyaspartic systems* Proven ability to train and develop installers* High attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship* Strong leadership and communication skills* Willingness to travel and support new market expansionBonus Points* Experience managing multiple crews* Experience building training programs or SOPs* Experience launching or supporting new marketsWhy TORQ* Fast-growing company with aggressive expansion plans* Opportunity to help launch and shape new markets* Build the training and install program from the ground up* Work directly with a hands-on leadership team* Clear path to Regional / National Operations LeaderTo Apply:Send your experience + a quick summary of installs you’ve led or teams you’ve trainedcareers@torqcoatings.com
