This organization has partnered with CFS to help them find the right fit.Position SummaryThe administrative assistant will serve as the primary point of coordination for executive scheduling, administrative processes, and day‐to‐day office support. This role requires professionalism, adaptability, and strong communication skills. The administrative assistant will work closely with leadership, interact across departments, and support a fast‐paced, feedback‐driven environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide high‐level administrative assistant support to senior leadership, with full ownership of complex calendar managementCoordinate all internal and external meeting requests and manage scheduling across a growing teamDraft and manage professional email correspondence and documentationTrack executive priorities, action items, and follow‐upsPrepare and edit presentations and materials, with strong emphasis on PowerPointManage document execution using electronic signature platformsCoordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including scheduling, tracking, and administrative setupTrack PTO balances and respond to employee benefit‐related inquiries in coordination with partnersManage office supplies purchases and maintain accurate expense trackingSupport basic website updates and special projects as neededQualificationsBachelor's degree requiredPrior experience as an administrative assistant or in a comparable support roleStrong proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint; basic Excel skillsComfortable working on Mac computers and learning new systemsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailSkills & AttributesExceptional calendar management and professional email skillsAdaptable, growth‐oriented, and open to feedbackComfortable supporting different personalities and working stylesOrganized, proactive, and service‐mindedAble to operate effectively in a fast‐paced, high‐expectation environmentWork EnvironmentThis is a hybrid role with three to four days per week in the office.
