Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Courier to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the timely and efficient delivery of packages and documents while ensuring excellent customer service. This role requires a strong understanding of route driving and the ability to handle heavy lifting as needed. The Courier will play a crucial role in maintaining our commitment to quality service and timely deliveries. Responsibilities Operate your own vehicle safely and responsibly as an independent contractor. Load and unload packages, ensuring proper handling and care during transport. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including tracking information and proof of deliveries. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients during deliveries as requested. Handle heavy lifting as required by the nature of the deliveries. Use your smartphone to manage assignments and communicate with dispatch via text. Experience Previous experience as a Courier or Messenger is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients. Ability to lift heavy packages safely and efficiently. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
