Employment Requirements: 18 years of age or older Valid Driver’s License Job Description: An entry level position with advancement opportunities that requires physical labor on job sites. Job Compensation: Full Time, Hourly/Salary Job Conditions: Extreme heat or extreme cold Job Qualifications: To include, but not limited to: Listening Skills Communication Skills Integrity and Honesty Willingness to Learn on the job Knowledge of the English Language OSHA 10 training and PPE provided. Job Responsibilities: To include, but not limited to: Basic knowledge of tool handling required with highway construction Jobsite housekeeping (i.e. material handling, tool and equipment maintenance, and general labor) Driving company vehicles to and from jobsites Performing general construction tasks (i.e. drilling holes, tightening bolts, applying epoxy) Obtaining information on the job (i.e. reading tape measure) Working as part of a team
