Custom Applicator

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Custom Applicator to join our team. This role is responsible for safely and accurately apply crop protection and crop nutrient products to farmers fields while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to operate and maintain application equipment.Custom Applicator Responsibilities:Safely operate application equipment to apply fertilizers, herbicides, fungicides, and pesticides to customer fields according to work ordersAccurately calibrate and maintain equipment to ensure proper application rates and coverageLoad and unload products following safety guidelines and company policiesAssist in mixing, blending, and delivering products to growers as neededMaintain accurate application records and necessary documentation for compliance with state and federal regulationsPerform basic equipment maintenance and troubleshoot minor mechanical issuesProvide outstanding customer serviceCustom Applicator Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent requiredPrior experience operating agricultural equipmentValid driver's license and ability to obtain a CDLCommercial Applicator's License or willingness to obtain oneStrong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skillsAbility to work extended hours during peak seasons
