BASIC FUNCTION: responsible for representing the company in developing excellent customer relationships with all existing and potential customers through informative, efficient and friendly service.
RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned as needed):
Follow up on quotes, outstanding orders, etc
Develop, lead and expand existing accounts
Provide a high level of customer service to ensure clients complete satisfaction
Develop relationships with customers responding to their questions efficiently and courteously
Process orders in person, on phone or via email
Efficient communication with dispatcher coordinating delivery requests to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction
Discussing features and benefits of products and services
Determining customers’ needs and recommending appropriate products and solutions, up-selling additional products and supplies for each job
Answering incoming phone calls and emails to assist customers in a timely manner
Accepting payment and applying it to the appropriate customer account
Reordering products to keep the store and warehouse shelves well stocked
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES:
Ability to read, write, and speak in English
Able to complete basic math and measurement skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office products
Building material knowledge and or experience, preferred
Detail oriented
To be self-motivated and have a strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and within a team setting
Communication (verbal communication, persuasive impact, listening, written communication)
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Ability to lift, carry, and otherwise transport work-related materials that frequently weigh up to 25 lbs. and that may occasionally weigh in excess of 25 lbs
Ability to stand and sit, climb or balance, and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
Manual dexterity.
Ability to talk and hear.

Rotational Saturdays 7a-5:00p
Full Time Position available
