Director, Data & Analytics (Remote)

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Data & Analytics (remote) to join the team of a leader in the Media space. This role will shape high-impact initiatives at the intersection of strategy, innovation, and execution. You will partner across technical and business teams to turn complex ideas into scalable solutions and meaningful outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to influence both roadmap priorities and long-term organizational capability.Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship availableCompensation: $190,000 – $210,000 annuallyResponsibilities Develop and own the company strategic data roadmap aligned with company growth objectives Collaborate with multiple teams to identify data needs and deliver actionable insights Establish a robust strategy for data governance, quality, and consistency across the company organization Mentor and scale a diverse data team promoting a culture of data literacy and continuous learning Act as the company final escalation point for disputes concerning data definitionsQualifications 8+ years of experience in data roles with at least 2 years in leadership or management roles Strong communication skills for translating technical data insights into executive recommendations Experience in defining and executing data strategies for growth-focused organizations Proficient in data engineering concepts, including modern data warehousing and ETL/ELT practices Proven track record of building and mentoring high-performing data teams Familiarity with high-volume, real-time event data in a digital media context is preferredBenefits Medical, dental, and vision benefits Flexible Spending Accounts (F.S.A.s) Company-matching 401(k) plan Paid vacation and sick days Paid parental leave Tuition reimbursement and professional development programsOur client is an equal opportunity employer.
