Develop action plans for & implement improvementsTroubleshoot pneumatic/hydraulic systemsActively perform scheduled maintenance on all plant and production equipmentQuickly respond to and correct equipment issuesCross-train Maintenance team on skills as appropriateBasic use of power tools and hand tools Experience: • 8+ years of maintenance experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Education:Required- High school diploma or GED equivalentPreferred- AS Degree in Automation/Electronics or Industrial Maintenance Technology/Mechatronics5+ years' experience working in high-speed manufacturing environment, food manufacturing/packaging experience, blending/batching/FDA or other regulatory experience.
