Full-Time Cleaner - Retirement Community

Pay: $13.50 - $14.00 per hour Job Summary Come Back Clean is seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team full-time. This role is based in a retirement community, where you will provide cleaning services for residents' rooms and common areas. We are looking for someone who not only takes pride in their work but also has a heart for serving seniors with respect, integrity, and excellence. Responsibilities Clean and maintain resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to a high standard Perform dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, sanitizing, and disinfecting tasks Ensure all cleaning supplies are properly stocked and maintained Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly Interact with residents in a kind and respectful manner, upholding their dignity and comfort Follow all health, safety, and infection control guidelines Qualifications Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred (senior living or healthcare setting a plus) Compassionate, patient, and able to work well with older adults Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence High level of integrity and reliability Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be able to stand, bend, lift, and move for extended periods What We Offer Competitive pay/ Paid Time Off Monday – Friday schedule (no nights or weekends) Supportive team environment Opportunity to make a difference in the lives of seniors Responsibilities Perform cleaning duties in commercial spaces, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and break rooms. Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness. Clean and sanitize surfaces, including desks, countertops, and equipment. Dispose of trash and recycling materials properly. Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and cleaning products as needed. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly. Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Qualifications Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial roles is preferred but not required. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting or moving items up to 25 pounds. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new cleaning techniques or procedures.
