Well established and highly rated California Company looking to expand in Modesto. Landscape and Home Remodel and Build. Seeking minority partner for Bay Area California Construction Projects. Must have experience in landscape remodel and construction including concrete, irrigation, sod, plants, carpentry ( covered patios) etc… Must be able to visit customer sites, take pictures, and measure detailed description of projects. Will pay $2,500 per month base plus 30% of profit share. After 3 months, depending on how much sales and goals reached, we will discuss the time frame of stock options. Further details and responsibilities can be discussed. All advertisement investments and funding provided by the owner. Current and Initial focus is on new developments, residential remodel projects and expansion to commercial and government projects. The company is highly branded already with over three decades in experience and Congressional and California State Assembly Awards as well as high ratings with various social media and lead generation platforms. Will provide a satellite office or work from home. Timesheets and daily tasks accomplished will be required. Duties: To be discussed with Owner.
