Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Step Down / IMC Location: Lakewood, CO 80401 Duration: 13 Weeks (Possible Extension) Shift: 12-hour Night Shifts | 3x12 Pay Local: $52/hour Travel: $2,100/week Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing evaluation of health status. Plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans. Deliver supportive and restorative therapies to promote patient recovery. Monitor, review, and update therapy and treatment plans. Required 1+ year experience in RN Step Down/IMC unit. Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. BLS ACLS, NIH Stroke Scale Certification & TNCC.
