Position              Organizational Change Mgmt. (OCM) and Training LeadLocation             Miami, FL. 33173Project Duration             Long term Job Description ·       Expertise in Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities such as OCM communication, OCM Training and OCM Readiness. ·       Experience in a framework for managing the effect of new business processes, new technology or changes in organizational culture within an enterprise. ·       Needs to be an excellent people person and communicator and must have a proven track record of success.·       Must have the ability to monitor areas of risk and resistance, bring people together to embrace and adopt change and elevate project outcomes and successes. ·       The candidate must be technology aware and should have experience with technology projects. ·       The candidate should also have experience with design and development of Training Plans and Materials and be able to assist stakeholders with virtual as well as in-person trainings and assist the County in delivering end user training. MINIMUM EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:·       The OCM and Training lead must have:·       Minimum 5 years of experience in a lead position related to Organizational Change Management activities. PMP, BRMP or other PMI Certifications is desired but not required. ·       Experience with Technology projects is required.
