RoleAs a Human Resources Manager (also known as HR Manager, Personnel Manager), you'll oversee all HR practices, provide employees with information about regulations, contract language, and policies. You'll be responsible for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
