Role Description We are seeking a full-time Caregiver to provide compassionate and reliable care to our clients in an on-site role based in Chicago, IL. Primary responsibilities include assisting clients with daily activities, such as meal preparation, bathing, grooming, and mobility support. Additional duties include administering medication reminders, light housekeeping, and supporting clients in maintaining their independence and well-being. Caregivers must communicate effectively with clients and their families to ensure high-quality care tailored to each individual's needs. Qualifications Experience in providing personal care, such as bathing, grooming, and mobility assistanceStrong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with diverse individualsProficiency in light housekeeping and meal preparation tasksBasic knowledge of administering medication reminders and monitoring health changesPatience, empathy, and a commitment to delivering compassionate careAbility to follow care plans, document daily activities, and provide updates as neededHigh school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications (e.g., CPR, First Aid) are a plusPrevious caregiving experience, especially with elderly or disabled individuals, is preferred
