Position OverviewWe are looking for a Skilled Handyman Technician who is dependable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in doing quality work. This role involves a variety of residential repair and improvement tasks across multiple trades. Key ResponsibilitiesPerform residential punch-list and repair work across multiple tradesDrywall repair, patching, and minor texture matchingInterior painting and paint touch-upsInstall and repair trim, doors, hardware, and fixturesLight carpentry, caulking, and finish detailingInstall wall treatments (shiplap, board & batten, feature walls)Minor plumbing and electrical repairs (fixtures, outlets, switches – no major rough-ins)Work on ladders and ceilings as neededMaintain clean, organized job sites and protect finished spacesCommunicate professionally with homeowners and team members RequirementsProven experience as a handyman or multi-trade technicianStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailComfortable working on ladders and ceilings (not afraid of heights)Fluent in EnglishValid driver's licenseAbility to work independently and manage time effectivelyAble to lift 50 lbs and safely operate hand and power toolsProfessional attitude with a strong customer-service mindset Preferred SkillsFinish trim carpentryDrywall repairDoor and hardware installationLight plumbing and electrical experienceResidential remodeling or renovation experienceExperience working in occupied homes Pay & BenefitsCompetitive pay based on experienceSteady, year-round workCompany vehicle and gas providedRetirement plan with company matchTools and equipment providedOpportunities for growth and advancementCompany DescriptionWe are a family-owned and operated business dedicated to providing high-quality handyman and home construction services to the residents of Nashville and all of Middle Tennessee.
