IT Project Manager (Hybrid)

We're hiring an IT Project Manager to join our team in Columbia, SC . This role offers a hybrid schedule, with onsite work required Tuesday through Thursday.Skills & Qualifications:Ability to obtain a low-level U.S. security clearance, which requires a thorough background screening and U.S. citizenship3 years of IT experience in a leadership capacity on one or more project teamsExperience with Windows applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint Online, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, Teams)Demonstrated organizational skillsDemonstrated IT project management experienceStrong written and verbal communication skills, dependability, accountable for results, adaptable, and presentation skillsPreferred Skills:Familiarity with Azure Boards, MS ProjectKey Responsibilities:Lead several projects (one to five) in a strong matrix environment, executing SDLC methodologiesDevelop and monitor project plans, communication plans, risk management plans, and project artifacts from project initiation to post-implementation/closureEnsure project deliverables are complete on time, on budget, within scope, and in accordance with standardsResponsible daily for the development, execution, and maintenance of project plans and project communicationsEducation/Certifications:Bachelor's degree or 4 years of job-related work experience or 2 years of job-related experience plus an associate degree in any majorThe hourly rate for this position is $46.85.TM Floyd & Company is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity.
