Engineering Manager, NPPD

Position SummaryReporting to the Director of Engineering, the New Product and Process Engineering Manager is responsible for leading a team that designs, develops, validates, releases and launches of new products and processes, specifically focused on wheel-end components and process related to assembly and manufacturing of product lines. They are responsible for gathering VOC from key stakeholders and managing the pipeline that leads the introduction of these new products/process for the organization and support future visions for production and customer support for wheel-end products.Essential FunctionsSafety* Embrace the values of the EnPro/STEMCO safety pledge in each of the below responsibilities.
