We're hiring an AI-native operator who can design, build, and run an agentic pipeline engine - one that orchestrates AI-driven workflows across prospecting, enrichment, and outreach, turning them into a scalable system rather than manual effort.The Global Pipeline Development Lead sits within the iQmetrix Marketing team and is a core member of the Global Expansion Team (a cross-functional team purpose-built to open new markets and accelerate global growth). Where the Growth and Event Marketing Managers build the programs, campaigns, and moments that put iQmetrix in front of the right audiences - this role turns those touchpoints into real conversations.This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who is fluent with AI tools and genuinely good at connecting with people. You are capable of designing agentic workflows that run continuously in the background - automating prospecting, signal monitoring, data enrichment, and outreach sequencing at scale. Equally, you know when to step in with high-quality human judgment. You write outreach that gets replies. You know how to read intent signals and prioritize your energy on the accounts most likely to engage. You know how to follow a warm lead from a webinar or conference into a meaningful conversation without being pushy. You show up consistently on LinkedIn not to broadcast, but to build relationships. And you live in Salesforce - keeping your pipeline clean, your activity logged, and your handoffs airtight.You operate day-to-day within the Global Gig Team, working in close coordination with Marketing to make sure your outreach lands in the right context and at the right moment.Key Accountabilities:AI-Powered Prospecting & Workflow DesignDesign and maintain agentic workflows that automate prospecting, contact enrichment, intent monitoring, and outreach sequencing across platformsUse AI tooling (LLM-assisted copywriting, workflow automation, AI agents) to increase output quality and volume without sacrificing personalizationContinuously evaluate and adopt new AI tools that improve pipeline efficiency - from enrichment APIs to autonomous outreach agentsDocument and templatize workflows so the engine can be scaled and handed off across the global teamAccount-Based Outreach & PrioritizationUse Demandbase insights to identify and prioritize Engaged Accounts showing intent signals, and build targeted outreach strategies around themTranslate account engagement data into timely, relevant outreach - reaching out when the signal is hot and the message will landCollaborate with the Global Gig Team to align account prioritization with broader GTM focus areas and campaign activityDirect Outreach & ProspectingBuild and manage targeted prospect lists based on ICP criteria and Demandbase account intelligence - augmented by AI toolsWrite and execute personalized, multi-touch outreach sequences via email and LinkedIn - using AI to scale qualityOwn outreach performance metrics (reply rates, meeting conversion, pipeline contribution) and continuously test and refine messagingSocial SellingMaintain a consistent, intentional presence on LinkedIn to warm relationships with target accounts before and between direct outreachEngage with prospects and partners in a way that builds trust and keeps iQmetrix top of mindAmplify relevant content from the Marketing team through personal channels to support inbound interestEvent Follow-ThroughPartner with the Events & Growth Marketing Manager to execute targeted pre- and post-event outreach, ensuring attendees and registrants are converted into qualified conversationsWork events (virtual and in-person) as a relationship-builder - identifying and following up with the right people on behalf of the Global Gig TeamOwn the outreach layer of events so no warm contact slips through the cracksSalesforce & Pipeline ManagementMaintain accurate, up-to-date records in Salesforce - logging all outreach activity, tracking engagement, and ensuring pipeline visibility across the teamUse Salesforce to manage contact and account data in coordination with Demandbase, keeping the two systems alignedEnsure clean, context-rich handoffs to teammates by documenting all relevant touchpoints and next steps in SalesforceCollaboration & HandoffCoordinate closely with the Global Growth Marketing Manager and Events & Growth Marketing Manager to align outreach with active campaigns and programmingEnsure warm leads and engaged prospects are passed to the right teammates with full context and a clear next stepContribute to outreach playbooks and AI workflow documentation to help scale what worksWhat We're Looking For:3-5 years of experience in an outreach, demand generation, or business development role in a B2B environmentDemonstrated fluency with AI tools - including LLM-assisted writing, workflow automation platforms (e.g. n8n, Clay, Make), and AI agents for prospecting or enrichmentA builder's mindset: comfortable designing systems and workflows, not just executing tasksProficiency with SalesforceStrong written communication skills with the ability to personalize at scaleComfort with autonomy and working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholder groupsNice To HaveExperience working with or interpreting intent data or ABM platforms (Demandbase, 6sense, or similar)Familiarity with the telecom, retail tech, or SaaS spaceExperience supporting global expansion outreach across multiple geographies and time zonesThe ideal candidate for this role will be based in one of these locations:Toronto, CanadaDavidson, North CarolinaGermany
