What You ll Do Provide daily primary care to long-term care residentsManage 8 12 patients per dayCollaborate closely with an experienced APP and nursing staffBe available for APP consultation as needed (no leadership duties)Document care efficiently using Epic EMR Schedule That Works Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM8-hour shiftsNo nights.
