Sourcing Manager - Wire Harnesses & Connectivity📍 Chicago, IL (Hybrid)💰 $105K-$135K + BonusAbout the RoleWe're looking for a Sourcing Manager to lead strategic sourcing for wire harnesses, connectors, and cable assemblies in a manufacturing environment.This role partners closely with engineering and operations to ensure reliable supply, strong supplier performance, and competitive cost structures across critical connectivity components.What You'll DoOwn sourcing strategy for wire harnesses, connectors, and cable assembliesManage and develop global supplier relationshipsLead negotiations, contracts, and cost reduction initiativesDrive supplier performance across delivery, quality, and costSupport new product introductions (NPI) with aligned sourcingResolve supplier escalations and ensure continuity of supplyPartner cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and planning teamsMonitor market trends across the connectivity and cable ecosystemWhat You Bring5+ years in sourcing or supplier management within manufacturingExperience with:Wire harnessesConnectorsCable assemblies Proven success in supplier negotiations and cost savingsStrong understanding of manufacturing processes and supply base for connectivity productsAbility to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive outcomesNice to HaveExperience with OEMs, contract manufacturers, or cable/harness suppliersERP or sourcing system experienceCPSM, CSCP, or similar certifications📩 Interested?
