This position will be responsible for the design, testing, and implementation of programming applications based on submitted requests. This position will also work with other technical staff, business users, and business analyst to solve any issues and improve processes.Primary ResponsibilitiesResponsible for implementation planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout, and post-implementation support of ECM software developmentFollowing source code and change management proceduresCollaborate with internal ECM Analysts to identify areas in regards to document storage systems and document distribution processes that require improvementsDevelop ECM applications to align with business requirementsPerform product development, and assist with transition to production as solutions are approvedUtilize development and testing tools for application managementPerform coding or configuration management to minimize defects through unit testingOrganize, build, and validate all segments of the code for final UATParticipate in the identification and resolution of complex ECM system business and technical problems, utilizing product knowledge and structured troubleshooting tools and techniquesConsult with various stakeholders to design solutions to align with OD IT strategiesCompare, evaluate, and implement new features and technologies, ensuring integration into existing computing environmentCommunicate and interact with core application vendorMonitor performance of software and database healthEducationJob QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or in-lieu of degree equivalent education and experienceExperience4+ years of OnBase AdministrationCertified OnBase API DeveloperStrong communication skills (written and oral) with the ability to communicate to both technical and non-technical personnelStrong documentation skills requiredExperience and familiarity with consuming REST APIs via JavaProficient in MS Office SuiteStrong problem-solving skillsExperience with OnBase Workflow preferredExperience with OnBase Workview preferredUnity Forms creation preferredWorking DaysShift and hours to be determined.Working ShiftShift and hours to be determined.Work Days and Shift are estimates and are subject to change, at any given time, based on job scheduling and/or business levels.
