The Truck Dispatcher will be responsible for coordinating and managing freight transportation schedules, assigning trucks and drivers to deliveries, and ensuring timely and efficient routing. This role includes maintaining communication with drivers, resolving issues, updating clients on delivery statuses, ensuring compliance with transportation regulations, and providing excellent customer service. The dispatcher will also oversee route optimization and manage load assignments in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Proficient in logistical planning and route optimization, with experience in managing freight operationsStrong communication and relationship-building skills to interact with drivers, clients, and other stakeholders effectivelyDetail-oriented with expertise in time management and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneouslyFamiliarity with transportation management systems (TMS) and other logistics software toolsKnowledge of transportation regulations and compliance standardsProficiency in using spreadsheets, reporting tools, and other administrative platformsSelf-starter with the ability to work independently and solve problems proactively in a remote work environmentExperience in the logistics or transportation industry is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's or bachelor's degree in logistics, business administration, or a related field is a plus
