Associate Annual Giving Officer
Description
The Associate Annual Giving Officer has responsibility for creating and managing strategies to secure significant annual donations (often $1,000+) from high-potential donors, focusing on discovery, qualification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship to build future major gift prospects. This role bridges regular annual giving with major gifts, ensuring a consistent revenue stream and nurturing relationships with donors who have the capacity to give more significantly in the future, thereby strengthening the overall sustainability of the Foundation's fundraising efforts. Position requires strong relationship-building, data analysis, and fundraising skills, typically within higher education, academic medical centers or other nonprofits.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2 years - 2 - 4+ years in direct fundraising (preferably in higher education, healthcare or other nonprofits), sales or similar experience with demonstrated capacity to organize and manage projects/programs.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
